Googshopae Return & Refund Policy

We accept eligible returns for most items.

Return Eligibility Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after you receive the package. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and tags attached. Final-sale, personalized, clearance items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Fee Customer is responsible for a flat return shipping fee of $9.99 USD per return. This $9.99 fee will be deducted automatically from your refund amount after we receive and inspect your returned parcel.

Refund Timeline Once your returned item is received, inspected and approved, we will issue your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. It may take extra bank processing time for funds to show up on your statement.

Damaged / Wrong Items If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect goods, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will handle this case separately and cover the return cost for qualified issues.
