Processing time
Orders are processed within 1β3 business days after payment. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping options & delivery time
US Domestic Delivery (fulfilled from our US warehouse): 3β7 business days. Free shipping on orders over $50.
Direct Delivery (fulfilled from our overseas warehouse): 10β20 business days. Free shipping on all direct-delivery orders.
Because we fulfill orders from multiple warehouses, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal and does not affect your order.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Customs & duties
Direct-delivery orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility if charged.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A return shipping fee of $9.99 applies and will be deducted from your refund.
